Distillation is one of the most commonly used extraction methods. It is usually suitable for obtaining plant essential oils and for plants that are not easily destroyed by heat.

One of the oldest and traditional extraction methods in history that is mostly used for the extraction of herbs and spices, but the extraction process is relatively labor-intensive and inefficient compared to distillation, and is very rarely used in modern times.

The cold press method is usually used for obtaining essential oils. After the cold-pressed plant essential oil is extracted, it still requires chemical solvent separation to remove the various impurities that remain.

CO2 Supercritical Fluid Extraction

Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method uses CO2 (carbon dioxide) as the extractant. Utilizing the characteristic that the critical temperature of carbon dioxide is close to room temperature, the extraction and separation can be completed at one time, and will not damage the extracted CBD. It is completely suitable for food and medicine products. Products manufactured using supercritical carbon dioxide technology are marked "CO2SFE "(Supercritical Carbon Dioxide).
